With this site, I have taken another step on the path that bridges between wanting to write stories that evoke the imagination of people like myself, and actually doing so. When I look back and review the past few years I am both shocked and excited. In that time I have met many people that have inspired me to take the steps and make the sacrifices that I needed to. Many of you have opened doors for me like Dirk Manning, Katrina Roets, Crystal O’Rourke, Michelle Joy Gallagher, Kasy Pierce and Word Branch Publishing. Others have been there to both inspire me and beat me into submission as needed like Stacy Bender, Reid Minnich, Jernonji, Shannan (WITH A FREAKING A) Kristin, Gary Cowgar, J.R. Blanton and Wendy Vogel. Although this is by no means a complete list, I want to thank all of you who helped me get this far.

I got another short story in an actual BOOK!
I met dozens of writers and helped many of them advance or reach some of their goals.
Now, I’ve created my own website, something I swore at one point that I would never do again.
The good news though, is that I am still hungry. I am not resting, I am not done, I am just taking a moment to thank all of you who helped me get here. You haven’t seen anything yet.
Last but not least I have to thank everyone in my family who have sacrificed while I spend every spare moment I have writing reviews, reading copy, and writing whenever I can. I couldn’t do this without you. My wife Teri, who puts up with my odd hours, my step (or whatever you call it) sons who listen to story ideas at all hours of the night, and my poor cats who have languished from lack of attention.
This is another stop taken on a path that is only beginning.
